These are pink titanium sapphires grown for use in lasers set in sterling silver as pendants, rings and earrings.

Titanium sapphire is a very unusual variety of sapphire which is never found in nature. This is because even a few parts per million of iron will interact with titanium ions and produce a dark blue in sapphire, and nowhere on earth is that low in such a common element.  Its color is a soft orange-pink color much like a padparadscha sapphire.
